This paper develops a domain-independent interaction integral (DII-integral) for extracting mixed-mode stress intensity factors (SIFs) for orthotropic materials with complex interfaces. The DII-integral does not require material property gradients, and moreover its validity is not affected by material interfaces. Combined with the extended finite element method (XFEM), the DII-integral is employed to investigate a straight crack in an orthotropic functionally graded plate and a curved crack in orthotropic particulate composites.  相似文献

Mn4+ and Tb3+ singly doped and Mn4+/Tb3+ codoped lutetium aluminum garnet (Lu3Al5O12, or simply LuAG) phosphors were synthesized and investigated for the application of optical thermometry. X-ray powder diffraction and luminescence spectroscopy measurements were performed on all samples to analyze their crystal phases and optical properties. In particular, temperature-dependent luminescence of the LuAG:Mn4+/Tb3+ sample was measured at the temperature range of 270–420 K. The results showed that the luminescence intensity of Mn4+ has gone through a remarkable decline while the luminescence of Tb3+ has an only insignificant change with the rise of temperature which leads to a dramatic decrease in the fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR) between the two activator Mn4+ and Tb3+. Further analysis showed that the LuAG:Mn4+/Tb3+ sample used for temperature sensing has a high relative sensitivity with maximum value of 4.3% K−1 at 333 K. Our research indicated that this LuAG:Mn4+/Tb3+ material is a promising candidate for FIR-type optical temperature sensing.  相似文献

某铜矿重介质产品铁品位56.24%,硫含量高达9.34%,95.72%的硫以磁黄铁矿的形式存在。为获得硫含量<2%的铁精矿,按磨矿—弱磁选—浮选原则流程对该矿石进行了选矿试验。试验结果表明,在最佳试验参数下,重介质产品经一段磨矿(-0.043 mm 85%)—1粗1精弱磁选—1粗2扫脱硫浮选流程处理,可获得产率45.23%、硫含量为1.52%、全铁品位66.50%的铁精矿,可作为后续钢铁冶炼原料的配矿使用,为此类重介质产品的利用提供技术参考。  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to determine mathematical relationships between pH changes in beef 24 h post-slaughter and changes in the intensity of electrical current flowing through bull and heifer carcasses during high-voltage electrical stimulation. The electrical stimulation was applied 40 min postmortem for 120 s. The pH values of m. longissimus thoracis et lumborum were analyzed in the function of electrical current intensity changes and its change during electrical stimulation. Mathematical linear correlations of the y = ax ± b type were demonstrated between pH values at 2, 6, and 24 h postmortem and the initial (Ii) and ultimate (Iu) electrical current intensity values, the difference between them and the initial pH values determined before electrical stimulation. High multiple correlation coefficients (R2 = 0.416, α ≤ 0.001) between Iu and pH values 24 h post-slaughter enabled concluding that there is a possibility to predict a pH value of stimulated carcass with high accuracy, and thus also beef quality, based merely on the ultimate electrical current intensity values.  相似文献

Waste tires and cooking oil pose a serious danger to human health and environment. Self-reacting pyrolysis system for waste tires is designed and constructed for converting waste tires into oil that could be used as a sustainable fuel. This study aims to analyze the thermal microstructure of conventional fuels like light diesel oil (LDO) and heavy diesel oil (HDO) as well as blended with waste cooking oil (WCO) and tires pyrolysis oil (TPO) using a co-axial burner via flame spectroscopy analysis. The first Blend 1 (B1) consists of 20% WCO + 80% LDO, the second one (B2) consist of 20% WCO+80%HDO and the last one (B3) was 20%TPO and 80% LDO by mass. This percentage was chosen carefully and according to previous combustion characteristics results. The experimental results showed that B1 will shrink C2 radicals by nearly 61% and 64.5% at Ф = 0.63 and 0.96 respectively. B2 will decrease C2 radicals by nearly 19% and 82% at Ф = 0.63 and 0.96 respectively. Finally, B3 will reduce C2 radical's intensity by nearly 39% and 58% at Ф = 0.63 and 0.96 respectively. TPO produced CH emission radicals lower than that of LDO by nearly 5.9%. LDO droplets absorbed more radiation energy needed for excitation than that of WCO due to droplet size and fuel physic-chemical properties. B2 fuel is recommended to replace LDO at Ф = 0.63 and 0.96.  相似文献

针对现有的基于局部特征的图像匹配算法对光照变化敏感、匹配正确率低等问题,提出一种具有光照鲁棒性的图像匹配算法。首先使用实时对比保留去色(RTCP)算法灰度化图像,然后利用对比拉伸函数模拟不同光照变换对图像的影响从而提取抗光照变换特征点,最后采用局部强度顺序模式建立特征点描述符,根据待匹配图像局部特征点描述符的欧氏距离判断是否为成对匹配点。在公开数据集上,所提算法与尺度不变特征变换(SIFT)算法、加速鲁棒特征(SURF)算法、"风"(KAZE)算法和ORB算法在匹配速度和匹配正确率上进行了对比实验。实验结果表明:随着图像亮度差异的增加,SIFT算法、SURF算法、"风"(KAZE)算法和ORB算法匹配正确率下降迅速,所提算法下降缓慢并且正确率均高于80%;所提算法特征点检测较慢和描述符维数较高,平均耗时为23.47 s,匹配速度不及另外四种算法,但匹配质量却远超过它们。对实时性要求不高的系统中,所提算法可以克服光照变化对图像匹配造成的影响。  相似文献

A novel approach to enhance the solar cell efficiency via employing a luminescent downshifting mechanism is presented in this work. Gold metal ions were diffused into a commercially available sodalime silicate glass using a versatile field-assisted solid-state ion diffusion technique under different experimental conditions. Some of these samples were irradiated with ns-laser to segregate the diffused ions into dimers and trimers to enhance their luminescence characteristics. The consequent structural modifications in the glass matrix were examined using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Optical absorption and luminescence measurements were performed to check the presence of resonant plasmonic absorption of nanoclusters and suitability of the samples as luminescent downshifters, respectively. At UV excitation wavelengths (260 and 340 nm), the doped samples downshifted the solar spectrum compared to their undoped counterparts. Furthermore, ns-laser irradiation of the doped samples significantly enhanced the luminescence intensity in comparison to the unirradiated samples. Real-time performance of these samples was tested by measuring the output power of a Si solar cell covered with the treated coverglass when illuminated with a solar simulator. Finally, the Vicker's micro-indentation was applied to conclude that ionic diffusion increased the glass hardness as well.  相似文献

For a long time, rare-earth ion-doped phosphors have been widely used in temperature sensing because of their excellent light-emitting properties. However, most of the rare earth elements are relatively rare and expensive, so the transition group elements that are economical and easy to obtain have been favored by researchers. This paper presents a new type of phosphor doped with rare earth ion and transition metal for optical temperature measurement. In recent years, Mn4+-doped phosphors have attracted wide attention because of their strong deep red light-emitting properties. La2LiSbO6 provides a good host environment for Mn4+ and Eu3+ due to its unique crystal structure. In this paper, a series of La2LiSbO6 phosphors singly doped with Mn4+ and Eu3+, and co-doped with Eu3+/Mn4+ were synthesized. The crystal phases and optical properties of these materials were characterized and analyzed in detail. We specifically studied the temperature dependence of the fluorescence intensity of the optimized La2LiSbO6: Eu3+, Mn4+ phosphors at 303K–523K. The experimental results prove that the thermal responses of Mn4+ and Eu3+ are different. With increasing temperature, the thermal quenching of the Mn4+ fluorescence intensity is much faster than that of Eu3+, so the temperature characteristics can be explored by the fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR) of Eu3+ to Mn4+. At 523 K, its maximum relative sensitivity and maximum absolute sensitivity can reach 0.891% K−1 and 0.000264 K-1, respectively. Our experimental analysis shows that La2LiSbO6:Eu3+/Mn4+ phosphors have relatively high temperature sensitivity and have potential application prospects in the field of high temperature sensing.  相似文献

In this study, static and fatigue tests were conducted using coach-peel, cross-tension and tensile–shear specimens with Al-5052 plates for evaluation of the fatigue strength of the SPR joints. For the coach-peel, cross-tension and tensile–shear geometries, the ratios of the fatigue endurance limit to static strength were 11%, 14% and 34%, respectively, assuming fatigue cycles of 106 for an infinite lifetime. The equivalent stress intensity factor range can properly predict the current experimental fatigue lifetime. Fatigue crack initiation occurred due to fretting damage between the upper and lower sheets and between the rivet and these sheets.  相似文献

This work is devoted to the stress–strain state of isotropic double curved shell with defect system. The construction is weakened by two non-through thickness (internal) cracks of different length and by a circular hole located between cracks. In this study we use the line-spring model. Within the framework of this model cracks are modeled as mathematical cuts of shell’s middle surface. This leads to a two-dimensional problem. The problem is reduced to a system of eight boundary integral equations. To ensure the uniqueness of solution an additional equation is added. In the numerical solution of the problem special quadrature formulas for singular integrals of Cauchy type and the finite difference method are applied. The influence of defects on each other for double curved shell has been investigated. The given theoretical results can be used for the calculation of structural elements with holes, cracks on the strength and fracture toughness in various branches of engineering.  相似文献
